بيان صحفي مشترك للرأي العام

تصنّيف الخارجية الأميركية لجماعة (الحوثيين) كمنظمة إرهابية خطوة إيجابية يجب اعتمادها لدى الدول المساندة لحقوق الإنسان في العالم

خلال اجتماع مشترك لثلاث مراكز حقوقية دولية، صدر البيان التالي:

يرحب كل من ، "المركز العربي لحقوق الإنسان والقانون الدولي" و " مؤسسة ماعت للسلام والتنمية وحقوق الإنسان" و "المرصد الدولي لتوثيق انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان" بالقرار الشجاع الذي اتخذته وزارة "الخارجية الأميركية" بتصنّيف الجماعة الإجرامية في دولة "اليمن" والمعروفة باسم (الحوثيين) كمنظمة إرهابية.

إن المراكز الموقعة على البيان المشترك، يعتبرون هذا التصنيف خطوة إيجابية في الاتجاه الصحيح جاءت لنصرة ضحايا انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان التي تسببت بها تلك الجماعة الإرهابية على مدار السنوات من كافة الأعمال الإجرامية التي يطول شرحها والتي استهدفت الحجر والشجر والبشر في دولة (اليمن)، بل وامتدت لاستهداف أمن وسلامة المواطنين والمنشآت الحيوية والمواقع الدينية في "المملكة العربية السعودية" ((الدولة المجاورة)) بالصواريخ والطائرات المسيرة الإيرانية المصدر، بالإضافة لتهديد الملاحة والتجارة الدولية في "البحر الأحمر" ومؤخراً محاولة اغتيال الحكومة اليمنية الشرعية في تفجير بمطار عدن الدولي والتي نتج عنها سقوط قتلى وجرحى من الأبرياء.

وتدعوا "المراكز الحقوقية" كل من المجتمع الدولي بكافة هيئاته ومؤسساته، وحكومات دول العالم لاسيما الملزمة بحماية حقوق الإنسان، لاعتماد هذا التنصيف لجماعتي (الحوثيين) في "اليمن" و (حزب الله) في "لبنان" كمنظمات إرهابية إجرامية عابرة للدول، وذلك لتتبع الإرهاب الإيراني عبر العالم ومكافحته أينما وجد.

ويؤكد "الموقعون على هذا البيان" بأنه يجب وضع حد للنظام الراعي للإرهاب في (إيران) وفق القانون الدولي لوقف تمويل الإرهاب الذي أصبح يستهدف جميع الأمم، وإن صواريخ وجرائم (الحوثيين) وشبكات (حزب الله) الإرهابي في دول أوروبا وأمريكا اللاتينية التي يلقى القبض عليها هي خير دليل على سياسة (إيران) التخريبية التي تهدد الأمن والسلمالدوليين.

و يجددون إدانتهم وبشدة للانتهاكات الجسيمة لحقوق الإنسان التي يمارسها النظام الإيراني بحق المعارضين والناشطين الذين مازالوا يتعرضون لأشد الفظائع ولكافة أنواع التعذيب الجسدي والنفسي المستمر في سجون هذا النظام الراعي والداعم للإرهاب.

Joint Public Opinion Press Release

The US State Department designates Houthis as a foreign terrorist organization and calls on countries supporting human rights to adopt the decision

During a joint meeting of three international human rights organizations, the following statement was issued:

“The Arab Center for International Humanitarian Law (ACIHL)”, “Maat for Peace, Development and Human Rights” and “the International Observatory for Documentation of Human Rights Violations (IOV)” praise the bold decision taken by the “US State Department” to designate the Yemeni-based Ansarallah militia– commonly referred to as the Houthis – as a Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO).

The signatory organizations to this joint statement believes that this designation is a positive step forward for supporting the victims of human rights violations caused by that terrorist group over the years. The unspeakable acts they committed have not only spared no one in Yemen, but also extended to reach neighboring countries such as the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where the safety and security of innocent civilians have been threatened, and the vital institutions, facilities and religious sites have been targeted with missiles and drones fired from Iran. This, in addition to the serious threat posed by Houthis to the maritime navigation and international trade in the south of the Red Sea and the recent attempt to assassinate the Yemeni Cabinet in an explosion at Aden International Airport, which led to the deaths and injuries of innocent people.

The "Human Rights organization" calls on the international community with all its bodies and institutions, and the governments of the world, especially those obligated to protects human rights, to adopt the decision of classifying the (Houthis) in "Yemen" and (Hezbollah) in "Lebanon" as transnational terrorist organizations, to better track Iranian-backed terrorist activities around the world and confront it wherever found.

The "signatories to this statement" affirm that an end must be put to Iran’s sponsoring of terrorism in accordance with international law to stop the financing of terrorism, which has become a threat to all nations. They further add that there is no better evidence to Iran's subversive policy that threatens international peace

 and security than the hideous criminal acts committed by the Houthis and Hezbollah terrorist organizations in European and Latin American countries.

Moreover, the signatory organizations renew their strong condemnation of the gross human rights violations practiced by the Iranian government against opposition and activists who are still subjected to all kinds of physical and psychological torture in the prisons of this state that sponsors terrorism.
